In dealing with my own health issues, I had to completely change the way I cooked and what I ate.
I've learned how to live with food allergies and restricted diets while still enjoying fabulous food.
Now I teach others how to cook food they love in a healthy way. I also customize recipes based on each persons specific health problems.
When people ask, "What can I eat?" I help them find the answer with not only special recipes, but also shopping and cooking tips.
